Product related questions

1 How does the bracelet function?

Our wristband is designed in such a way that it functions without the use of any metal parts. Because of this, the clipping system functions in a different way compared to conventional buckles. Below you can see a quick guide how to put the wristband on and off properly.

2 Is the watch waterproof?

The watch is only water resistant. Rain won’t cause any troubles, but you can’t swim with it. If water unfortunately did penetrate the watch, you can make a repair request by logging in to your personal Circular Coins account.

3 How is it possible that there is colour difference in the bracelet

The leather in our wristband consists of grind leather pieces that are pressed together. This creates an open structure that will darken over time by wearing it. Just like normal leather would.

4 How come that I see specks in the plastic?

Recycled plastics are collected through a complicated system of separating in which they strive for the highest possible purity. It can however happen that in batches of lighter colors, small specks of darker colors get through undetected. This can create small color differences in white parts, since white is very sensitive for mixing with darker colors.

5 How to change the time and date?

To change the date you have to pull the crown once to the outside. By turning the crown the date will shift only upwards. Between 11 and 1 ‘o'clock in the evening the date cannot be changed due to the fact the the mechanism is its date cycle.
To change the time, the crown has to be pulled once again. By turning the crown now this changes the time. If you do not use your watch for a while, this is the best stand to keep your watch from running out of battery.

6 The watch stopped ticking, what is happening?

When your watch stopped ticking, it can be caused by changing the date when the movement is in its protective mode. This can be fixed by changing the time (not the date) forward until the mechanism is deblocked. After this, the date can be set correctly by the usual manner.
When this troubleshooting is not working, you can make a repair request by logging in to your personal Circular Coins page. Then we make sure that your watch will work fine again.
